Rishi Gaind, Managing Partner
Rishi founded Gaind Capital Partners in 2019. With 15+ years investing in small & medium-sized, high-growth companies, Rishi operates based on strong partnerships with management teams, jointly guiding growth strategy, capital allocation and operational investments in portfolio companies. He was formerly Dept. Head, M&A Group, Sumitomo Corp. of Americas and has a BS in Operations Research from Columbia University.
Michael Bruno, Senior Advisor
Michael has 30+ years of business experience in human resources and operations, working closely with CEO’s and Senior Leadership teams. Michael is the CEO and Founder, New Directions for Grads (ND4G), a progressive executive search and advisory services firm. Prior to ND4G, Michael was the SVP-HR for IAC (NYC). He also held executive HR positions with GE, PepsiCo, IBM, Rodale, Buddy Media (Salesforce). Michael has a Master’s degree in Human Resource Administration from Columbia University, New York and a Bachelor’s degree in Education from Rider University.
David Katcher, Senior Advisor
An experienced operational and commercial business leader, David has spent the past 10 years in various leadership roles at hyper-growth startups, from early stage through IPO. David is currently Vice President for Lyft’s Central Region in Global Operations. He is responsible for leading a team of ~150 employees across 25+ sites. He also held a variety of roles at Groupon and was a Manager in Deloitte Consulting’s Strategy practice. David is a graduate of the University of Illinois and Columbia Business School.
Rocky Romanella, Senior Advisor
Rocky is the founder and CEO of 3SIXTY Management Services, LLC. He was also CEO and Board of Director for UniTek Global Services, after an illustrious career spanning 40+ years focused on supply chain, logistics and transportation, retail, sales and operational excellence strategy at UPS. Rocky holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Management from St. John’s University. He is a graduate of the Competitive Marketing Strategy Program at Columbia University and the Logistics and Supply Chain Management Program at Michigan State University.
